Maintain a low calorie diet with protein in each meal a few days after Treatments. Drinking plenty of water and having exercise as brisk walk, biking or other aerobic activities for at least 3 days after the treatment to estimulate the lymphatic activity as elimination of the fat continues through the Lymphatic System for 72 Hrs. Do not have a hot shower, spa or sauna right after Treatments. It is important do not eat 2 hrs before treatments, and drink a glass of warm water before and after the treatment.
